'Embroidery'. The large, broadly ovate leaves with a tapered base reach 33 cm (13") long × 21.6 cm (8.5") wide, with a vibrant medium green colour and slightly rippled margins. The upper surface carries an exceptionally high gloss — among the shiniest in the large green hosta category — while the underside is dull, creating a striking visual contrast as the leaves catch and reflect dappled light. Near-white tubular flowers rise on light green scapes 55.9–71.1 cm (22–28") tall. Canadian gardeners from Zone 3 through 9 will rarely encounter this cultivar — it remains scarce in both Canada and the United States.

Exceptional mirror-bright gloss: The upper leaf surface is very shiny — one of the most lustrous in the large green hosta category — catching and reflecting dappled shade garden light in a way that makes every leaf a focal point.

Slightly rippled margins: Gently undulating leaf edges add subtle movement and texture to the large, upright clump without competing with the cultivar's signature high-gloss finish.

Large upright habit: Forms a bold, upright clump 40.6 cm (16") tall and 81.3 cm (32") wide with a moderate, steady growth rate — reliable for filling a substantial gap in the mid-to-back shade border.

Near-white flowers on light green scapes: Tubular near-white blooms rise on light green scapes 55.9–71.1 cm (22–28") tall, adding an elegant, airy vertical accent above the glossy foliage canopy.

Embroidery sport rarity: As a sport of H.
