'King of Spades' lineage, capturing its signature heavy corrugation and deep cupping in a compact, richly textured mound. The thick, puckered foliage is dimpled and crinkled across the surface, creating a bold sculptural presence in the shade border. Lavender flowers arrive in August, adding a late-season flourish above the blue-green canopy. It performs reliably across Canadian hardiness zones 3 through 9.
