Return / Refund Policy

At Hosta Choice Gardens, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality hostas. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return/refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

**1. Satisfaction Guarantee:**
We guarantee that your hostas will arrive healthy and true to their name. If you are not satisfied with the status of your order when you arrive, please contact us within 7 days.

**2. Reporting issues :**
- **Damaged/unhealthy plants:** If your hostas arrive damaged or unhealthy, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the plants and packaging to help us assess the situation.
- **Incorrect order :** If you receive the wrong variety or an incorrect order, contact us immediately with your order number and details of the problem.

**3. Return Process :**
- Send an email or call our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
- Attach photos of any damaged or incorrect plants.
- We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the plants, if necessary.

**4. Refunds & Replacements :**
- **Damaged/Incorrect Orders:** We will offer a full refund or replacement for plants that arrive damaged or are incorrect, at no additional cost to you.
- **Unsatisfactory Plants:** For plants that are not satisfactory but not damaged, we may offer store credit or exchange, as long as they are returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.

**5. Conditions for returns :**
- Plants must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Plants that have been planted, modified or improperly cared for are not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the plants do not meet these requirements.

**6. Non-Returnable Items :**
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns on plants that have been planted or significantly modified. Please ensure that the plants are kept in their original condition if you intend to return them.

**7. Shipping Fee:**
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a replacement is sent due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damage or errors.

**8. Care Instructions :**
Each order comes with detailed care instructions. Please follow them carefully to ensure that your hostas thrive. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for plants that do not thrive due to improper care.
