Ron Livingston introduced Hosta 'Atomic Elvis' as a cross between H. 'Atomic Smasher' and H. 'Elvis Lives'. The parentage delivers something genuinely electric — long, lance-shaped leaves with intensely rippled, folded, and twisted margins that seem to vibrate with movement. Foliage emerges glaucous blue-green and matures to a rich dark emerald with a waxy, pest-resistant surface.
