Hosta 'Majordomo' | Intense Beauty, Metallic Blue to Dark Green Foliage, Stunning Addition!

Description

A vivid transformation through the season

Experience the intense beauty of 'Majordomo' from Emile & Jane Deckert of Maryland. This striking hosta begins its growing season with foliage that radiates a vibrant metallic blue. As the season progresses, these leaves gradually transform into a rich and shiny dark green. Each leaf's transition contributes to the dynamic presence 'Majordomo' offers any garden landscape.

Elegant design meets robustness

'Majordomo' is not just about its colour palette. It boasts good substance in its foliage with slight ripples that add texture and depth. Its purple-dotted petioles offer a subtle yet elegant contrast to the foliage's colours. These features combine to provide a robust and captivating structure that will stand out in any outdoor setting.

Flowers accentuate the display

Adding to its charm are the delicate near-white flowers that bloom in early August. Perched on 48 cm scapes, these flowers gracefully accentuate the overall beauty of 'Majordomo'. The flowers bring an extra layer of refinement to this already stunning botanical piece.
