Fragrant September Blooms Above Rippling Green Foliage

T. Avent registered 'Floramora' in 2012; Plant Delights Nursery introduced it in 2018. Seedling PDN 04-147 served as the pod parent, while H. plantaginea supplied pollen. Its glossy, medium-green, broadly ovate leaves have a cordate base and slightly rippled edges. Large, fragrant, near-white flowers carry lavender colour at their tips and base in September. It adds late-season fragrance to Canadian gardens across Zones 3–9.

  • Foliage: Broadly ovate leaves measure 25.4 × 15.2 cm (10 × 6"), with a cordate base, slightly rippled margins, and a subtle gloss on both sides.
  • Growth: Fast-growing, mound-like clumps reach 40.6 cm high and 76.2 cm wide (16 × 30").
