Hosta 'Country Sun Drop' is a medium-sized yellow hosta bred by Josh Spece and registered in 2020. Its broadly ovate leaves emerge in soft chartreuse and shift to a glowing sunny yellow by midsummer. The surface is lightly cupped and corrugated with slightly rippled margins. It thrives in Canadian gardens across zones 3–9. Its compact, symmetrical mound makes it ideal as an edging plant or a high-impact specimen in smaller beds.
